We in New Orleans love our Saints football team, and thanks to their recent victory in the Super Bowl in 2010 the city will be playing host to this year's big game. In anticipation for the hundreds of thousands who will come to Louisiana for the big event, the city of New Orleans has been making some big changes to the downtown area, including a new downtown street car line and an ambitious project to repave all the streets in the French Quarter. Although it does mean some extra construction-induced traffic (and accompanying delays) now, in a few months we'll all be able to appreciate the improvements.
